In season. (memorial day to labor day) the House rents weekly, Sunday to Sunday. Out of season Flex Dates are available please contact me so i can accommodate you. rent + tax and a refundable deposit, no other fees. Cleaning, Linens and Towels are included. email me and i'll send you a detailed invoice and rental agreement.
